best ways to lose weight
Walk somewhere. Everyone knows that you burn calories when you walk - so you lose weight quick if you walk. You sure don't use as much energy as when you run, but walking is better than nothing because at least you are burning some energy. An easy thing to do is just stop driving everywhere. You still get to where you want to go, but now you're losing weight along the way.
